Benno Kern founded the KERN Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (Predecessor of K-I-A ) to provide electrical control solutions, devices and services for local industry. -
Michael Kern took over the company and renamed Kern Industrial Automation Co., devoted to development of software & hardware, then EA system design and CAD / CAE services. -
K-I-A expanding to a full-line supplier (incl. manufacture) for industrial switchgear and control systems. -
Bobby (Shanghai) Ltd. as the exclusive agent of Kern Industrie Automation Co. in China -
